What can we help with?

Questions

Before
you book.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. Mrs. Gbenga-Dada sees clients online across Africa, Europe and North America, as well as in person in Lagos.

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Friday, 11am to 5pm, and Saturday, 11am to 4pm (Lagos time). We are closed on Sundays.

Do you work with organisations?

Yes. We offer organisational retainerships, seminars, awareness programmes and training, and interactive mental health workshops — in person or online, and tailored to your organisation’s needs.

How does booking and payment work?

Tell us what you would like help with, choose whether to meet in person or online, and pick a time that suits you. Where a fee applies, you pay securely with Paystack and your session is confirmed as soon as the payment goes through.

What happens in the first session?

Your first session is an initial consultation. You will talk through what brings you to therapy, and together you will agree a plan and how often to meet. Most sessions last 50–60 minutes.

Is everything I share kept confidential?

Yes. All information shared during therapy is kept confidential, except where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, in which case we are ethically and legally obliged to take action.
